What’s Included

Pro Housekeepers provides a flexible range of year-round and as-needed cleaning services, including an ultra-deep clean. Many of our clients prefer to clean their own home on a week-to-week basis, only scheduling us once or twice a year for an ultra-deep clean. Our weekly clients schedule a more detailed clean a couple of times per year. This includes cleaning areas of the home that don’t require weekly cleaning such as your blinds, oven, refrigerator, ceilings, walls, more. Our deep clean service clean doesn’t include heavy lifting or anything that requires moving furniture, but feel free to slide your couch, dresser, nightstands, bed, and other furniture out from the wall at least 3 feet so that we can clean behind them. This is especially important for anyone who has cats or dogs.

  2. How long does a regular cleaning service usually take?
    It varies according to the size of the home, but on average you can expect the service to take 2-3 hours.
  3. How often should I schedule cleaning services?
    We recommend at least every 3 weeks to maintain a clean home.
  4. How much does your service cost?

  5. Are your cleaning products safe for children and pets?
    For eco-friendly, child and pet-safe products please make the explicit request. We use standard cleaning chemicals unless otherwise requested.
  6. What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
    If you are not satisfied with the service, please make sure to let us know within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
  7. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
    No, but it’s highly recommended that you approve the work before we leave your home. 
  8. What happens if something is broken during the cleaning?
    Our staff will notify customers of any items that may have broken due to their cleaning. Please provide photo/video evidence that it was caused by our staff and we will work with you to make it right.
  9. Can I request specific tasks or areas to be cleaned?
    Yes, but ideally that should be requested during the booking process so that the estimate includes this in request in the rate.
  10. How do you ensure the quality of your cleaning?
    Before and After photos verify that items on checklist are cleaned to our standards.
  11. Are your cleaners insured?
    Yes, our staff are insured with General Liability Insurance.
  12. Can I schedule the same cleaner each time?
    You may request the same cleaner(s) only for recurring services.
  13. Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
    Yes, we bring all supplies and equipment necessary.
  14. What kind of training do your cleaners have?
    All cleaners have at least 2 years of experience and are trained to meet the highest of quality standards for our clients.
  15. Can I cancel or reschedule my cleaning appointment?
    You may cancel your booking without a fee as long as it’s 48 hours prior to the service. For rescheduling you may do so 24 hours before a service without penalty.
  16. What are your policies for holidays or inclement weather?
    Holiday availability varies so please check with us before booking. Our staff will not service any customer if there is inclement weather that puts them in danger.
  17. How do you handle keys and alarm systems?
    We’re flexible with how we handle keys and alarm systems. Just let us know what you prefer.
  18. How do I pay for the service?
    We charge your card after the service is complete. A temporary hold is placed 24 hours prior to service to ensure the card has sufficient funds.
  19. Do you have any kind of satisfaction guarantee?
    Yes, if you are not satisfied with our service we will return to re-do the cleaning at no extra cost.
  20. Do you conduct background checks on your cleaners?
    Yes, all cleaners must pass national criminal background checks in order to work with us.
Pricing

Pro Housekeepers offers a variety of packages designed to meet the needs of homes of various sizes. The pricing for these services is divided into five categories, each based on the size of the home and the number of bedrooms.

The first category, called “La Petite”, is aimed at smaller homes or condos, specifically those with 1-2 bedrooms and under 1000 square feet in size. For this standard cleaning service, customers can expect to pay a starting rate of $159.

Next up is the “La Petite II” service, which is designed for 2 bedroom homes that are under 1500 square feet. The starting rate for this service increases slightly from the “La Petite” category, with prices beginning at $179.

For homes that are a bit larger, Pro Housekeepers offers the “Le Milieu” package. This service is suitable for 3-4 bedroom homes that are under 1800 square feet, and the starting rate for this service is $199.

The fourth category is the “Grand” service, which is designed for larger homes with 4-5 bedrooms and under 2250 square feet. The starting rate for this comprehensive cleaning service is $239.

Finally, the largest package offered by Pro Housekeepers is the “Très Grande” service. This service is intended for the largest homes, specifically those with 5-6 bedrooms and under 3000 square feet. The starting rate for this top-tier service is $279.

It’s worth noting that Pro Housekeepers offers discounts for recurring customers. The discounts vary depending on the frequency of service, ranging from 5% for monthly service, 10% for service every three weeks, 15% for service every two weeks, and up to 20% off for weekly service. This means that regular customers can enjoy significant savings over time. These rates allow customers to choose a service that fits not only the size of their home but also their budget and cleaning needs

Regular Cleaning Checklist

Kitchen:

  1. Clean countertops and cabinets
  2. Clean appliance surfaces (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher)
  3. Wipe down stovetop and clean inside of microwave
  4. Clean inside and around sink
  5. Sweep and mop floor

Bathrooms:

  1. Remove any items from the shower or tub
  2. Clean the shower or tub walls and door
  3. Clean the sink and countertop
  4. Wipe down cabinet fronts
  5. Clean mirrors
  6. Clean and disinfect the toilet
  7. Sweep and mop floor

Bedrooms:

  1. Dust all surfaces and objects, including picture frames and knick-knacks
  2. Vacuum carpet or sweep and mop hard flooring
  3. Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
  4. Change bed linens (if provided)

Living Areas:

  1. Dust all surfaces and objects, including picture frames and knick-knacks
  2. Vacuum carpets or sweep and mop hard flooring
  3. Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
  4. Wipe down furniture

All Rooms:

  1. Vacuum carpets and rugs, or sweep and mop hard floors
