Regular cleaning is a detailed surface clean focused on the rooms you use most. Typical scope includes:

  • Bathroom showers/tubs, sinks, mirrors, toilets, and floors
  • Bedroom and living-area dusting, mirrors/glass, floors or vacuuming

Blinds, oven interiors, refrigerator interiors, ceilings, and walls are not part of every regular visit. Those deeper tasks belong on a deep clean or can be added when you book. We do not move heavy furniture; if you want floors behind sofas and beds cleaned, please slide pieces out before we arrive.

Is this a maid service or a one-time clean?
Regular cleaning is our recurring maid / housekeeping option. You can also book one-time visits, but the service is built for a repeating schedule.

How often should I book?
Most homes do well every two weeks. Weekly helps with pets and heavy traffic. Every three weeks or monthly works for lighter use.

Do you bring supplies?
Yes. Request eco-friendly or pet-conscious products when you book if you prefer them; otherwise we use our standard products.

Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients provide keyless access. Approving the work before we leave is still helpful when you can.

Can I request the same cleaner?
Yes for recurring services, subject to availability.

What if I am not satisfied?
Contact us within 24 hours. If we missed checklist items, we will return to correct them at no extra charge when the request qualifies under our satisfaction policy.

How do cancellation and payment work?
Cancel fee-free with at least 48 hours notice. Reschedule without penalty at least 24 hours ahead. We place a temporary card hold 24 hours before service and charge after completion.
