How do I know what to select on your website?

1. Simply choose your package according to the number of bedrooms and estimated size of your home
2. Fill out our booking form with your details such as name, address, phone number, and submit payment.
3. After payment, you will receive an e-mail confirmation detailing your appointment, so just sit back and relax! We’ll be at your residence in no time.
Would I be able to book over the phone?
Yes, you can call us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We highly suggest using our website since it is so much quicker!
If for any reason we are not available, you may still leave a voice message with your name, number, and details which we’d review as soon as possible.

What other ways can I book or get a quote?
We are currently also accepting bookings on Facebook although it is ideal to book on our website or over the phone.
Would I be able to hire the cleaning team/person directly instead of through Pro Housekeepers?
Unfortunately, this is against our terms of service and carries a fee of $3,500 per cleaning person. Our customers receive the highest level of quality at the most competitive rates with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. In order to maintain quality assurance as well as protect both the customer and company, we must enforce a strict “poaching” fee. Booking with Pro Housekeepers is an automatic acceptance of our Terms of Service.
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel 48 hours in advance without a cancellation fee. For cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled cleaning, there is a $75 cancellation fee.
What is the cost to clean my home?
The cost to clean your home depends on the number of bedrooms your home has as well as the amount of time it may take for us to perform the service.
We have a flat-rate pricing structure that is listed on the Services & Pricing section of the city-specific site. We also offer hourly services for those interested.
Do you accept my card?
Our booking system is integrated with the Stripe payment gateway which is one of the most secure in the world. Rest assured that in the case there is any unauthorized transaction on our behalf, you will receive a full refund as soon as we are made aware.
Do you take cash or check?
At this time, we do not accept cash or check as it defeats the purpose of our “Uber” style process.
Is your cleaning eco-friendly?
We do provide eco-friendly supplies upon request. Just ask us and we’ll make sure to use the greenest of products.
Do you provide the supplies?
We provide all supplies unless you would prefer for us to use your own. Please leave a note upon checkout for any special requests.
How does recurring service work?
When selecting your service, simply select the frequency of cleaning on our online booking form. We’ll take care of the rest.
We’ll remind you via email a day prior to cleaning sessions.
DAY OF CLEANING
What’s the length of time for a clean?
Our estimate is typically based on a 1 hour per bedroom rate. We perform our clean for a standard home in a reasonable amount of time. There are homes that are extremely large or require much more attention, therefore require pricing adjustments.
Should I be home for a clean?
No, you don’t have to be home for a clean. You may leave your key in an easily accessible place.
How many people should I expect?
We’ll arrive with at least 1-2 team members the first time, maybe three for bigger/messier homes.
