Deep Cleaning

We clean your entire home in detail: kitchens and bathrooms, thorough dusting of corners, surfaces, and fixtures, and extra attention to high-traffic areas. Window washing and carpet shampooing are not included. You can add interior windows, floor-to-ceiling windows, blinds, or ceiling fans when you book. Rates are on our pricing page. 1. What exactly does a deep cleaning service include? A deep clean covers your entire home in more detail than a regular visit. We scrub kitchens and bathrooms, dust corners, fixtures, and baseboards, and vacuum and mop floors, including under furniture. Carpet shampooing is not included. Window washing, inside the fridge ($35), inside the oven ($45), a detailed baseboard cleaning ($75), blinds ($50), and ceiling fans ($10 per fan) are add-ons. 2. How long does a deep cleaning service take? How long a deep clean takes depends on the size of your home and its current condition. Expect it to take longer than a standard cleaning because of the detail involved. For a time estimate for your home, call us at (844) 242-9464.

3. How often should I schedule a deep cleaning? While the frequency can depend on your individual needs, we generally recommend scheduling a deep cleaning service every six months to maintain a high level of cleanliness in your home.

4. How much does a deep cleaning service cost? Deep cleaning starts at $258 for a 1 to 2 bedroom condo under 1,000 sq ft, $278 for a 2 bedroom home under 1,500 sq ft, $298 for a 3 to 4 bedroom home under 1,800 sq ft, $338 for a 4 to 5 bedroom home under 2,250 sq ft, and $378 for a 5 to 6 bedroom home under 3,000 sq ft. Those prices are the starting rate for your home size plus the $99 deep clean add-on. Extras like inside the fridge or interior windows are on our pricing page. Your final price depends on your home and what you add when you book.

5. Do I need to be home during the deep cleaning? It’s entirely up to you. Some customers prefer to be at home, while others choose not to be. Our professional team is trustworthy and can carry out the job to a high standard regardless of whether you’re present or not.

6. What kind of cleaning products do you use? We bring our standard professional cleaning products. If you prefer eco-friendly products, ask for them when you book. They are listed as an add-on on our pricing page. If you have specific products you’d like us to use, let us know.

7. Is there anything I need to do before the deep cleaning service arrives? We recommend you declutter your home as much as possible before we arrive, so we can focus on deep cleaning rather than organizing. This will allow us to be more efficient and effective in our cleaning.

8. What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning service? Contact us within 24 hours. If we missed checklist items, we will return to correct them at no extra charge when the request qualifies under our satisfaction policy.

9. Are your cleaners background-checked and insured? Yes. Our Pros are background-checked, and Pro Housekeepers carries general liability insurance. See our Terms of Service for how damage claims are handled.

10. Do you provide all the cleaning supplies and equipment? Yes, we provide all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment needed for the deep cleaning service. If you have specific products or equipment you’d like us to use, feel free to let us know.

Pro Housekeepers provides a diverse range of deep cleaning packages tailored to accommodate homes of different sizes. The pricing for these intensive services is stratified into five groups, each reflecting the size of the home and number of bedrooms.

Starting with the “La Petite” category, this package is designed for smaller homes or condos, specifically those with 1-2 bedrooms and under 1000 square feet. For this deep cleaning service, customers can anticipate a starting rate of $258, which is $99 more than the standard cleaning rate.

Next is the “La Petite II” service, for 2 bedroom homes under 1,500 square feet. The starting rate for this deep clean is $278.

For homes of a larger dimension, Pro Housekeepers presents the “Le Milieu” package. This service is fitting for 3-4 bedroom homes under 1800 square feet, and the opening rate for this extensive service is $298.

The fourth category, the “Grand” service, is crafted for more spacious homes with 4-5 bedrooms and under 2250 square feet. The starting rate for this thorough deep cleaning service is $338.

Lastly, the grandest package offered by Pro Housekeepers is the “Très Grande” service. This service is aimed at the most expansive homes, specifically those with 5-6 bedrooms and under 3000 square feet. The initial rate for this premium service is $378.

Recurring customers get discounts: 20% for weekly service, 15% every two weeks, 10% every three weeks, and 5% every four weeks. See our pricing page for details.

• All Rooms: Dusting of all surfaces, including corners of walls, ceilings, baseboards, and decorative items. A detailed baseboard cleaning is available as an add-on. Blinds and ceiling fans are not included. You can add them when you book. Deep vacuuming and mopping of floors, including underneath furniture and in other hard-to-reach areas. 

• Kitchen: Cleaning of stove drip pans, burner grates, and control knobs. Degreasing of the range hood. Scrubbing and sanitizing of the sink, countertops, and backsplash. Washing of the fronts of appliances and cabinets. Inside the fridge and oven are available as add-ons.

• Bathrooms: Descale showerheads, taps, and tiles. Cleaning and sanitizing of the bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet. Washing of the mirror and vanity.

• Bedrooms: Dusting and cleaning of all furniture, fixtures, and decorative items. Cleaning under the bed and other furniture. Wiping window sills.
