Customer Experience Representative

This job is for someone to assist our growing company with answering customer inquiries over the phone, email, and live chat. Most of the time customers are calling to learn more about our services, so you would have to learn the offerings very well. We will train you for the position but would like a fast learner and self-starter.


  • Assist Operations team with daily activities
  • Answer calls during business hours of 9:00am to 6pm EST
  • Assist with scheduling customers for service
  • Assist with customer questions/concerns
  • Check availability for customers
  • Coordinating with Staff for availability via phone/whatsapp.


The candidate must have access to a quiet environment when speaking to customers.
Not easily distracted and can get things done quickly.
Carries a positive attitude and a friendly voice!
The goal here is to build rapport with customers and gain their trust while assisting them with their needs.
