Pro Housekeepers provides a diverse range of deep cleaning packages tailored to accommodate homes of different sizes. The pricing for these intensive services is stratified into five groups, each reflecting the size of the home and number of bedrooms.

Starting with the “La Petite” category, this package is designed for smaller homes or condos, specifically those with 1-2 bedrooms and under 1000 square feet. For this deep cleaning service, customers can anticipate a starting rate of $258, which is $99 more than the standard cleaning rate.

Following is the “La Petite II” service, curated for 2 bedroom homes that are under 1500 square feet. The beginning rate for this service, offering a comprehensive deep clean, is now $278.

For homes of a larger dimension, Pro Housekeepers presents the “Le Milieu” package. This service is fitting for 3-4 bedroom homes under 1800 square feet, and the opening rate for this extensive service is $298.

The fourth category, the “Grand” service, is crafted for more spacious homes with 4-5 bedrooms and under 2250 square feet. The starting rate for this thorough deep cleaning service is $338.

Lastly, the grandest package offered by Pro Housekeepers is the “Très Grande” service. This service is aimed at the most expansive homes, specifically those with 5-6 bedrooms and under 3000 square feet. The initial rate for this premium service is $378.

It’s important to mention that Pro Housekeepers provides discounts for recurring customers. The discounts fluctuate based on the regularity of the service, ranging from 5% for monthly service, 10% for service every three weeks, 15% for service every two weeks, and up to 20% off for weekly service. This allows regular customers to enjoy substantial savings over time. These rates enable customers to select a service that suits not only the size of their home but also their budget and deep cleaning requirements.

• All Rooms: Dusting of all surfaces, including corners of walls, ceilings, baseboards, and decorative items. Deep vacuuming and mopping of floors, including underneath furniture and in other hard-to-reach areas. Washing of interior windows and window sills.

• Kitchen: Cleaning of stove drip pans, burner grates, and control knobs. Degreasing of the range hood and the inside of the oven. Scrubbing and sanitizing of the sink, countertops, and backsplash. Washing of the fronts of appliances and cabinets.

• Bathrooms: Descale showerheads, taps, and tiles. Cleaning and sanitizing of the bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet. Washing of the mirror and vanity.
